We respect your privacy and do not gather any personal data from you that you do not provide voluntarily.

What personal information do we collect?
Personal Information is information that may identify you as a specific individual. We only collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us.
We collect your email address, first name and last name, date of birth and address including country and zip/postal code when you register with FYS. You may enter your own names as first and last name or another user name which you select. Your name is chosen by you it may be your real name or a pseudonym. However, your user name must not be an impersonation of any person or be intended to mislead.
Payments are processed by the third party provider PayPal who require personal information including name, email and billing address.
We may also collect your personal information if shared by you from other social applications, services or websites.

We collect personal identification information in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to when you:

- Use your FYS Activity Plan
- Participate in FYS chat.
If you choose not to provide personal information
You always have the choice to not provide us with your personal information. However, it may not be possible to make full or proper use of the Site if your personal information is not provided to us.

- Administer your Profile and Activity Plan
- To improve customer service: For example, where your contact information helps us to respond to your customer service requests and support your needs more efficiently

Cross-border disclosure of your information
Some of our associated service providers such as PayPal may perform certain services overseas and as a result your personal information may be disclosed to a recipient in a foreign country. FYS is operated in England and hosted in a secure data center in the United States (US). If you are located outside of the US, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the US. By using this Site or providing us with any information, you consent to this transfer.
