This Site is not directed to children under the age of 18 years and we do not intentionally collect, store or in any way use personal information from children younger than 18 years. You must be 13 years or older to use the Site or any Service and must be 18 years or older to register on FYS, set up a profile or create an Activity Plan. What personal information do we collect?

Personal Information is information that may identify you as a specific individual. We only collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us.


We collect your email address, first name and last name, date of birth and address including country and zip/postal code when you register with FYS. You may enter your own names as first and last name or another user name which you select. Your name is chosen by you it may be your real name or a pseudonym. However, your user name must not be an impersonation of any person or be intended to mislead.


Payments are processed by the third party provider PayPal who require personal information including name, email and billing address.


We may also collect your personal information if shared by you from other social applications, services or websites.


How do we collect personal information?

We collect personal identification information in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to when you:

  • Register with FYS
  • Contact us via our Site at
  • Use your FYS Activity Plan
  • Participate in FYS chat. 

If you choose not to provide personal information

You always have the choice to not provide us with your personal information. However, it may not be possible to make full or proper use of the Site if your personal information is not provided to us.

How we use personal information

We may collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To send you our newsletter
  • Administer your Profile and Activity Plan
  • To improve customer service: For example, where your contact information helps us to respond to your customer service requests and support your needs more efficiently

Each item of information or any materials you contribute is categorized as “Public Content”. Public Content must be content and information that you have a right to disclose and transfer and must not violate any other person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.



This website may contain links to other websites (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Google+ and Twitter and selected advertisers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third party websites. FYS encourages users to be aware when they leave this Site and to read the privacy statements of websites that collect personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on the FYS Site.


Cross-border disclosure of your information

Some of our associated service providers such as PayPal may perform certain services overseas and as a result your personal information may be disclosed to a recipient in a foreign country. FYS is operated in England and hosted in a secure data center in the United States (US). If you are located outside of the US, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the US. By using this Site or providing us with any information, you consent to this transfer.

Users who do not want emails from us

If you do not wish to receive email from us you should not provide your email address and not use the Site. You can also opt out of any further email by editing your own details via our account maintenance function or by contacting us at but we may need to terminate services to you if we cannot communicate with you by email.
